Change of tutor
For the change of tutors in the first lesson, there will be no charges imposed and a speedy recommendation of another qualified tutor will be arranged. At Friends! Learning Centre , we assure you that the tutors we recommend will be the most qualified and sincere personnel.
On the 2-4th lesson (4 lesson per cycle)
For a change of tutors in the subsequent lessons from the 2nd to 4th lesson, the tuition fees for the number of lessons conducted is payable by the parents to us. In which, 50% of the tuition fees will be charged as commission for the effort in the search for a qualified tutor for your child, and the remaining 50% will be given to the tutor as tuition fee.
Collection of commission
For the convenience of both parents and tutors, parents only have to pay the tutor the agreed monthly tuition fees. Tutor will then contact us for the payment of the 50% commission.
The 4 common modes of payment: Cash, cheque, I-banking and ATM transfer. Cash and cheque should be handed personally to Friends! Learning Centre (pte) Ltd at Ang Mo Kio Ave 6, Blk712#03-4056. For I-banking and ATM transfer, do notice us via SMS to 90601847 stating: 1-1 home tuition and (your name). Payment to be made to OCBC ACC, Toa Payoh branch code (568), account number 862486-001.
Disputes
Friends! Learning Centre believes in providing first class services to our prospective clients. Hence, we believe that our duty only ends when your child finishes his or her education. Any disputes between you and the tutors can be reflected to us. We cannot make any guarantee but we will try our very best to resolve the problems. Do let us know if any disputes or problems arise.
Disclaimer
Although Friends! Learning Centre screens eligible tutors stringently, we will not be held responsible under any circumstances for damages, injuries etc. Friends Tuition is also under no responsibility to meet the preferred tuition rate for students or tutors indicated, but we promise to do our best to meet your expectations.
